As a working mother raising a family, I also had the privilege of caring for my father during the time he depended on dialysis treatments. Those years opened my eyes to how difficult it can be to balance work, family responsibilities, and the critical need to ensure a loved one arrives safely and on time to lifesaving appointments. Missing or delaying dialysis is not an option, and the stress of coordinating reliable transportation can become overwhelming. During that time, I often found myself making difficult choices, leaving work early, rearranging family obligations, or trying to find last-minute transportation solutions. Relying on random rideshare drivers or taxis never felt like the right solution for someone who needed patience, consistency, and care.That experience stayed with me and now I am able to provide the kind of service I once desired for my loved ones.
