Cancellation Policy

Bee’s Transport, LLC – Terms of Service Bee’s Transport, LLC provides private-pay, non-emergency transportation for ambulatory passengers traveling to dialysis and medical appointments. By booking a ride, you agree to the following terms. Ambulatory Requirement Services are for ambulatory passengers only. Clients must be able to safely enter and exit the vehicle independently or with minimal assistance. Wheelchair, stretcher, or medically supervised transport is not provided. Booking & Confirmation All rides must be scheduled in advance via website, phone, or text. A ride is not confirmed until confirmed by Bee’s Transport. Same-day bookings are subject to availability. Pricing & Payment Rates: $70 round trip (same day), $40 one way. Dialysis Packages: $200 weekly, $350 bi-weekly, $650 monthly. Distances beyond 15 miles are charged at $2 per additional mile. Payment is due prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Bee’s Transport reserves the right to require prepayment or a valid card on file. Prices are subject to change with notice. Cancellation Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a scheduled ride. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled trip cost. No-Show Policy If the passenger is not present and cannot be reached within 15 minutes of arrival, the ride will be considered a no-show. No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled trip cost. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future service. Wait Time Drivers wait up to 5 minutes at no charge. Additional wait time is billed at $1 per minute. After 15 minutes, the ride will be considered a no-show. Delays Bee’s Transport is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, medical facility delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Right to Refuse Service Bee’s Transport reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if safety conditions are not met.
